Weather: Cold and wet to begin with but mild and slightly humid later, and then rain again later….. a real mixed bag!

Lions aplenty today with at least three separate sightings at various locations in the south. It was also a good day for wild dog sightings. We got 15 dogs near viewpoint 17 in the south and another 6 not far from the Umfolozi bridge towards midday. Only a few elephants on show today but good rhino and buffalo sightings.

Umfolozi Big Five sightings: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo… plus wild dogs and hyaenas.

Hluhluwe Big Five sightings: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo.

General Game: Antelope, Warthog, Wildebeest, Baboon, Zebra, Giraffe etc.
