Weather : Perfect weather today… mild and overcast with hardly any wind to speak of.

Near Masinda view point early this morning we came across 4 lionesses chilling out on a ridge about 30m from our vehicle…. a great way to start the day. A little later we were blocked by a breeding herd of elephants which eventually numbered around 60, including a new born calf who was still wobbly on his feet when we saw it. General Game was scarce though, as were bird sightings.

Big Five sightings : Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo.

General Game : Antelope, Warthog, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Zebra etc.
