We were greeted by another mild morning as we entered the Park today and we could not have asked for better weather during the day. General game viewing was good and towards lunch time we were treated to a pride of 7 lions trying to chase down one of a herd of buffaloes in the river at the main Umfolozi bridge. As usual the buffaloes were completely unconcerned at the lions intentions and easily turned the tables on them. On the way out of the Park at the Nyalazi gate a herd of 6 elephants were drinking from a broken water pipe near the bathrooms !! There were some good raptor sightings as well so all in all a great time was had by all.
