Well, we ended our temporary catless run today by finding a pride of around 13 lions frolicking in the almost dry river bed at Sontuli picnic spot this morning. What better way to have breakfast than watching these amazing cuts while sipping our coffee !! A little later we saw a couple of hyenas at view point 17 and nearby one of several big buffalo herds we saw today. The general game at Bhejane was great and during our time there we saw Nyala, Zebras, Wildebeest, Buffaloes, baboons and impalas. There was also a small herd of 7 elephants in the river near Umganu picnic site, so, all in all, a good day in the bush !!
