Weather : Great weather today. not much wind and mild to warm after a chilly start to the day.

Although it was a difficult sighting it’s always good to see lions and today we found a couple of these guys between markers 25 and 26 in the south. There were also quite a few elephants dotted around the south today and we also had good rhino sightings. Highlight of the day was a pair of secretary birds near marker 26 in the south.

Umfolozi Big Five sightings : Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino…. and hyena.

Hluhluwe Big Five sightings :Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino.

General Game : Antelope, Warthog, Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffe.
